How do I troubleshoot an issue with the alarm notifications?
- Some android devices will limit notifications. This can result in missing alarm notifications. To address this, try to respond to each alarm notification in a timely manner. Try to click Ok or Snooze within a few minutes of the arrival of the alarm.
- It could be an issue with your device's settings. In your device's settings, click on Apps, and then select EyeDropAlarm.
- Check that you are not using Android's "Private Space" feature that redirects certain notifications. Click here for more information.
- Check for a third-party notifications manager app or cleaning app on your device. Examples are Recurrent Notification Manger, Notifications Off, Clean Master, 360 Security, and Fast Booster. The simplest solution is to uninstall the third-party app and restart your device.
- Sometimes the quickest way to resolve a notifications issue is to delete the EyeDropAlarm app, reboot your device, and then reinstall the EyeDropAlarm app.

- Make sure notifications are allowed (turned on).
- Enable lock screen notifications.
- Check if the notifications settings have notification channels activated. If they are active, that specific channel must be turned on in your device's general settings.
- If there is a button similar to "Remove permissions if app is unused," turn this button off (see image below). This will prevent the device from blocking alarm notifications.
- Check app battery usage. Turn on "allow background usage." Turn off the "use adaptive battery" setting.
